G. DeShazer; best decoated automobile, F. M. Morgan; best decor ated double rig, Women's club; best decorated saddle horse, li. Zogg. Hal Clester received first prize for best trained calf. Friday afternoon there was a con test among the Sandy, Sandy IUdg, Bull Run, Kelso and Firwood schools in giving selections, in which the Kelso school won first prize and Sandy second. WILSONVILLE. Foster went to Seattle on Wed nesday. B. Lee Paget was the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Marlon Young on Tuesday evening. Mrs. Butterworth and daughter, of Seattle and Mrs. Rhode and two daughters, from Portland, motored to the borne of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Gra ham on Monday, where they spent a delightful day. Mrs. M. Mr. Aerni is completing a new car riage house. HAZELIA. Saturday, September 19th, the Rev. Mr. Wilson preached his Inst sermon in this conference year at Hazelia. Little Mildred Wanker Is on the sick list. Mr. Eastman Is recovering from a very bad attack of poison oak. Mr. Wilson was a luncheon guest of Mr. and Mrs. Boutz Saturday evening. Mrs. Eastman and Mrs. F. II. Chllds gave a picnic at the Eastman home last Wednesday in honor of their classes of Hazelia Sunday School. Mrs. Eastman's class Is called the "Star of liethleham," and Mrs. Chllds' Is called "Little Sun Beams." The little tots all reported a splendid time. Mi3s Mary Worthington has been visiting at the A. Worthington spent Sunday in Oswego. Hazelia school will begin next Mon day. The school directors Installed a new heating plant, so the teacher will have no trouble In that direction.
