The case of George A. Harding vs.
Quataoe Bros., to reu ver fWO for daoi
ages for the failure to make good their
contract in the Irving piano deal, came
up for hearing before County Judge Ryan
Friday. Attorney J. (J. Campbell, for
the defendants, filed a demurrer to the
plaintiff's complaint, which wss over
ruled, and he was given until Tuesday to
file an answer to the plaintiff's amended
complaint. This suit is for alleged
breach of contract, the plaintiff contend
ing that the defendants made a contract
entitling him to participate In the Irving
piano contest and afterwards refusing to
fulfill their agreement. Mr. Hauling Is
