McBride is expected home about the 20th of the month from New York where he went to consult a specialist regarding a long standing injury to his knee. The death of the infant child of Mr. and Mrs. II. M. Walling took place Tuesday. The funeral services were held in the Congregational church Thursday, Rev. J. W. Cowan delivering the sermon.
