cent of their milk is made into cheese

of milk to wake one pound of butter,
and about ten pounds to make one pound
of cheese. There is the same amount of
albuminoids in tH pounds of milk a

steer furnishes 50 per cent of boneless
beef, but it would require 24,000,000
