W. Hilleary as Guardian of the Es

and against Stewart Brown and
Pearl A. Brown, his wife, and Alex
ander M. Wilkinson and Agnes M.
Wilkinson, his wife. Defendants, for
the sum of ' $6053.70, with interest
thereon at the rate of six per cent
per annum from the 15th day of Au
gust, 1921, and the further sum of

running thence North 20 feet to an
iron pipe; thence South 89 degrees,
52 minutes West, parallel to- the
quarter Section line 788.55 feet to an
iron pipe; thence North 1303.55 feet
to an iron pipe driven in the cen
ter of the Oregon City and Damas
cus County road; thence North 72
degrees, 05 minutes East tracing
the center of said county road 692.0
feet to a stake driven at the road
angles from which an rod driven
in the quarter Section line bears

at the Southwest corner of said

driven at the Southeast corner of
the aforesaid Church property and
on the West boundary of Damascus

boundary of the aforesaid cemetery

of that certain tract of land con
veyed to N. S. Fredolph by deed
recorded in Book 31 at page 304,
record of deeds of Clackamas Coun
ty, Oregon, 138.70 feet to an iron
rod driven in the quarter section
line at the Southwest corner of
the said N. S. Fredolph tract; thence
South 89 degrees, 52 minutes West,
tracing the quarter section line 585.8
feet to the place of beginning, con
taining 46.02 acres, more or less.
Now therefore, by virtue of said
execution, judgment, order and de
cree, and ia compliance with the
commands of said writ, I will, on
Saturday, the 1st day of April, 1922,
at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., at
the front door of the County Court
House in the City of Oregon "City,
in said County , and State,
sell at public auction, subject to re
demiption, to the highest bidder, for
U. S. gold coin cash in hand, all the
right, title and interest which the
