East 102.72 feet distant; thence North 80 degrees, 35 minutes. East 531.82 feet tracing the center of said county road to an iron rod .driven in the . Northerly projection' of the West boundary of that certain tract of land conveyed to the "German Bap tist Brethren Church of Powell's Valley" by deed recorded in Book 67 at page 71, record of deeds of Clackamas County, Oregon; thence South 1 degree, 11 minutes, East, tracmg the west boundary of said tract 105 feet to an iron rod driven at the Southwest corner of said tract; thence North 88 degrees, 49 minutes East 98.9 feet to an iron rod driven at the Southeast corner of the aforesaid Church property and on the West boundary of Damascus Cemetery; thence South 1 degree, 11 minutes, East tracing the West boundary of the aforesaid cemetery 132.1 feet to an iron rod driven at the. Southwest corner thereof; thence North 88 degrees, 49 minutes East tracing the South boundary of said cemetery 88.65 feet to an iron rod; thence South 0 degrees, 01 min ute West tracing the West boundary of that certain tract of land con veyed to N. S. Fredolph by deed recorded in Book 31 at page 304, record of deeds of Clackamas Coun ty, Oregon, 138.70 feet to an iron rod driven in the quarter section line at the Southwest corner of the said N. S. Fredolph tract; thence South 89 degrees, 52 minutes West, tracing the quarter section line 585.8 feet to the place of beginning, con taining 46.02 acres, more or less.
