The fire broke out at both ends and in the middle of the building inthe third story, giving rise to the sup position that it had been deliberate ly set on fire, but they had had some trouble with the wires, and came to the conclusion it was ' caused by crossed wires. It threw a lot of men out of a place to sleep, but in five days it was up again and nearly ready for temporary shelter.
