Thomas and Rhoda Thomas, his wife, insane persons, having this day pre sented to this Court, and filed herein, his petition duly verified, praying for an order of sale of certain real prop erty belonging to said insane persons for the causes and reasons therein set forth, and it appearing to the Court from the said petition that it is necessary and would be beneficial to the said insane persons, that the said real proprety described in said petition or some part of it shall be sold. It is hereby ordered, that the next of kin of said insane persons and all persons interested in their said estat es, appear before this Court in the court room thereof, in the County of Clackamas, State of Oregon, on Mon day the 22nd day of December, 1913, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of said day, to' show cause why an order should not be granted for the sale of such estate, as prayed for in said pe tition, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars.
