It appearing from the petition of
Charles Shields, the administrator of
the estate of William Roche, deceas
ed, that -there are unpaid claims
amounting to the sum of $244.65, and
that the said administrator has no
other personal property which can be
applied on the payment of the said
claims. That the said administrator
has in his possession and under his
control the following described real
estate situated in the County of Clack
amas, State of Oregon: Lots 1, 2, 3
and 4 In Block A Windsor according
to the maps and plats thereof on file
n the office of the Recorder of Con
veyances for Clackamas County, Ore
gon, of the reasonable value of $400.
That after a due and diligent search
and inquiry, and by advertising he
has been unable to find any heirs of
the said William Roche, deceased.
It further appearing to the Court
that It would be to the best interests
of said estate that the said claims
be paid and that the said estate be
closed.
It further appearing to the Court
that heretofore an Order was made
and entered, citing all persons Inter
ested to appear, and that a clerical
error was made in the date of appear
ance as recited In said order,
It is therefore ordered that any and
all persons interested in said estate
appear before this Court on Monday,
the 9th day of June. 1908, at ten

ORDINANCE NO..
An Ordinance permitting the Haw-
ley Pulp & Paper Company to con
struct and maintain a bridge across
Main Street, .
Oregon City does ordain as follows:
Section 1. The Hawley Pulp and
Paper Company, is hereby granted the
right and privilege to construct and
maintain for the term of twenty years
from the date of the passage of this
ordinance an over-head bridge across
Main Street on the Mill Reserve from
its ware house on the Easterly side
of Main Street over to its mill on the
Westerly side of said street.
Section 2. The said structure shall
be not less than 21 feet in the clear
above the grade of said street and
so supports shall be made within the
space of the present road way and
shall be constructed in a workman
like manner and be kept painted and
clean, and said Hawley Pulp and Pa
per Company shall save the City and
any of its officers harmless on ac
count of any injury to any person or
property growing out of the construc
tion or maintenance of said bridge.

Council of Oregon City; held Friday,

May 15th, 1908, passed the following
resolution, to-wit:

the grades of Main Street will be
changed and re-established as fol
lows:
Beginning at a point in the center
of Main Street opposite to the South
erly line of Block 29, at an elevation
of 97.34 feet; running thence South
erly along Main Street 74.54 feet to a
point at an elevation of 97.89 feet;
thence Southerly along the center line
of the plank road to the center of the
concrete wall at the North line of the
Basin at an elevation of 101.83 feet.

Main Street above described is order
ed changed and re-established In ac
cordance with the terms of the fore
going resolution passed by the City
Council April 15th, 1908.
