Jacob Kramer was Tuesday arrang ed on a charge of burglary and in de fault of $100 bonds was committed to jail to await further -hearing at the November term ojf court. Kramer was accused of stealing hats belong ing to John J. Cooke and John K, Morris from the cloak room of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows hall Friday during a session of the lodge. Kauffman's Will Filed. The will of the lute Jonas J. Kauff- man, who died at Needy, July 13, 1907, was admitted to probate Monday. The value of the real property consisting of 293 acres of land in Section 31 township 4 south, range 1 east, is 20,000, and deceased left several thousand dollars worth of personal property.
