William Shoahati, accompanied by his mothej from Chicago, and Mrs. Joseph Kuerten, left Sunday to join bin family, who are sojourning at the Toll Gate on the Mount Hood road. Josoph Goodfellovv and William E. Logns, who left Oregon City early last week in an automobile, bound for Ynquiiia Bay, have arrived at their destination. They were delayed by a breakdown and bud roads also retarded their progress. A. Goettling, who for the pnst few years 1ms been employed by the gov ernment as carpenter-foremen at. the Pncct Sound forts, mid who is now stationed at Fort Flagler, Wash., ar rived hero Saturday from tiie Sound to visit ills family for several weeks.
