In the matter of the appointment of Road Supervisors It is ordered that at the rogubr July term, 1904, the court shall appoint road supervisors for tbe several districts in the county to serve until tbe regular appointment to be made at the January term, 1905- And the citizens of the county be requested to file with the clerk of this court rec ommendations for good and competent men, residents ot the respective districts for such appointment so that suitable and satisfactory men may be selected. In the matter of the Turner road. Ordered that upon payment of all claims for damages by the petitioners, and the filing of receipts for the same, said road will thin be declared a county road. In the matter of the petition ot Adolf Aschoff for a telephone franchise from Sandy 50 the south line ot section 18, T 2 S R 6 E.
