Wakefield who, with the companion of his joys and sorrows, tarried within the gates of the city in the early spring, visited many friends here the first of the week. It would be a good plan to have Trumbull street from Jersey to Wil lamette boulevard improved this Summer, so better access could be had to the local hospital. An arc light at the corner of Trumbull and Willamette boulevard would also not come amiss.
