BERRY, HENRY MARTZLOFF, WAL TER FRAZAR BURRELL ., AND THE ROMAN CATHOL- IC ARCHBISHOP OFTHE DI OCESE OF OREGON, CON VEYING CERTAIN PROPER TY IN SAID CITY FOR STREET PURPOSES TO THE CITY OF ST. JOHNS. I.NI...M.N..1.. . or- Tho city of St. Johns (loon dain as follows: Section 1. That a certain warranty dcod from J. R. Horry, made and ex ecuted in favor of the city of St. Johns, dated November 25th, 1913, and acknowledged before O.J. Gatzmyer, notary public for Oregon, on the 25th day of Nov ember A. D. 1913. conveying to the city of St. Johns for stroot purposes the following: A strip of land 30 feet in width on the easterly line of the following de scribed property or tract of land situated in the county of Multno mah, state of Oregon, to wit: Starting at a point at the south east corner of lot 17, block ;5, Point View Addition: thence south 71 degrees, east !$!)() foot; thence north 17 degrees 4(5 min utes, east 0!)5 feet; thence north 71 degrees, west 390 feet; thence south 17 degrees '10 minutes, west 095 feet to the place of be ginning, containing 20,850 square feet. boction 2. D.1913, and acknowledged before Frank Schlegol, notary public for Ore gon, on the same day conveying to said city for street purposes a strip of land 30 feet in width on tho westerly line of following described tract of land, situated in tho county of Mutnnmah, State of Oregon, described as follows: Starting at a point south 71 de grees, east 390 feet from the southeast corner of lot 17, block 30, Point View Addition to St. Johns, to tho initial point; thence North 17 degrees 40 min utes East 'M0 feel; thence South 7l degrees East 195 feet; thence South 17 degrees 40 minutos 4 10 feet; thence North 71 degrees West 195 feet to the initial point, containing 13,200 square feet. That a certain war ranty deed from the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Dio cese of Oregon (a corporation solo) made and executed in fav or of tho city of St. Johns, dated on the 18th day of July A. I). 1913, and acknowledged before Edward J.
