Robinson, who has been visiting at the home of his niece, Mrs. Lela Zell, returned Monday to his home in Pomeroy, Wash. Lloyd Cantrill went to Bend, Thursday to enlist as a truck driver, but returned to Prineville as the quota had already been filled. E. S. Wilson, of Paulina, was in Prineville this week. Wishing to keep in touch with the happenings in Crook County he enrolled as a regular reader of The Journal. Mrs. W. H. Belknap entertained Thursday evening for Miss Belle Gilkey, of Chicago, who bag been visiting at the home of Mrs. E. J. Wilson. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Barbrouff, of Fort Columbia, Washington, are visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Morris. They will remain here about two weeks. Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Carlson enter tained Friday evening with a dinner party in honor of their son Ken neth's birthday. The guests were Guy Lafollette and family and Mrs W. H. Belknap. E. L.
