thought, and a fte r surveying all
th e possibilities w hich fell w ith
in the spere of th e ir lim ited fund,

th e ir youth, had practically no
job ex p erien ce before en terin g
th e services. One solution being
w idely discussed in W ashington
is to provide th ese m en w ith a
specialized tra in in g pro g ram to
equip th e m for ad m in istrativ e
positions in civ il service. M any
of these m en, finding th e ir lack
of civilian tra in in g and e x p e ri
ence a handicap, have prom ptly
e n tered school.

ev ery v e te ra n ” is a goal com
p letely tie d u p w ith th e full em

m ore and m ore groups in terested
