PAGE A12, KEIZERTIMES, DECEMBER 17, 2021 Holiday parade lights up Keizer LIFE The Keizer Holiday Lights parade drew thousands of people to River Rd. on Saturday, Dec. 11. First Slavic Baptist Church was awarded Best Theme and Best Use of Music/Sound. Best Use of Lights was awarded to Salem Area Mass Transit/ Cherriots. The City of Keizer Public Works Float was given the Most Festive award, while the Mayor's Choice float was awarded to St. Edward Catholic Church. Best Choreography was given to Salem-Keizer Public Schools/Buses. United Way of the Mid-Willamette Valley, Ashton Paving, LLC and Pacific NW Tundras were given honorable mentions. A B D C E
