GOVERNMENN Council adopts 5-year park plan The Keizer City Council approved a fi ve-year plan for the city’s 19 parks at its meet- ing Tuesday, Jan. 22. Up fi rst are updates at Carlson Skate Park that will lead to better transitions for park users and a sport court replacement at Willamette Manor Park in southwest Keizer. Other fi rst-year projects include replacing a swing set at Northview Park, replacing a 19-year-old truck and tree work throughout the system.
