She was the daughter of Audrey and Joseph Bagg (pre- deceased), mother of Julie, grandmother of Catherine, Jade and Stephanie, great- grandmother of Emily, step- mother to Robert (Norma), Debra (Luis), Linda (Mike) and Steven (Sharon), sister of Mike (Sue) of Courtice, Ontario, Canada, and Sean (Lorena) of La Paz, B.C, Mexico and life- long best friend of Julie Ridler. Jo-Ann will be remem- bered by family and friends as loving, caring and generous soul who always thought of others before herself. She will be missed by all who came in contract with her. Jo-Ann was cremated and she will be buried in Ontario, Canada at a later date. A Cel- ebration of Life will be held at that time. Thomas E. Sometime late Sunday, Dec. 17, one of the department’s speed trailers was destroyed in a collision, but the driver left the scene without reporting the incident. New gallery show opens January 6 Keizer Art Association has announced its January show which will open with an art- ists’ reception on Saturday, Jan. 6, from 2 to 4 p.m. Pacifi c Northwest is the show. Barbara Folawn’s View from the Columbia River, won the best in show for the 2017 exhibit. Art intake will be Wednes- day, Jan. 3, from 3 to 7 p.m. En- tries, in any medium, should depict views of the Pacifi c Northwest. Children, ages 4 to 14, are encouraged to enter this show as well. The art association holds a new show each month and in- vites artists of all levels to enter their pieces. Categories are 2D (oil, watercolor, etc) no more than 48” by 48”, 3D (sculp- ture, jewelery, etc.) – free- standing and no more than 50 pounds, photography and kids art. All artwork must be origi- nal to the artist. Fees to enter one piece are $10 for association members and $15 for non-members. There are discounts for enter- ing more than one piece.
