Teen cited for weed possession at MHS On Oct. 5, a 14-year-old McNary High School student was arrested when he was found in possession of 13.4 grams of marijuana. School Resource Offi cer David Zavala took a report of a possible drug offense at the school and the investigation led him to the male suspect who had the marijuana with him inside a classroom. The teen told Zavala his plan was to sell the marijuana to others at the school, but he had not done so before getting caught. The marijuana was seized and the boy was cited for pos- sessing marijuana with an in- tent to distribute. The case has been referred to the Marion County Juvenile Department for further action. information to police offi cer and criminal trespass on 3300 block River Road N.
