Dave Walery, affectionately known as Keizer’s
Mr. Christmas, gathered decorations for their
storage space and in the cold, wet morning
hours turned Keizer into a holiday city.
The next hanging of lights will Keizer’s
Christmas tree at River Road and Cherry Ave.
