Golden Funeral Service. Private entombment will be at Belcrest Mausoleum. Phillip Homer Goulet May 27, 1938 – June 19, 2016 “Farmer” Phil Goulet of Salem passed away June 19th in Redmond, Or- egon while attending a horse show. Phil is survived by his dog Laura, daughter Kim Puleo and son David Goulet, along with seven grandchildren and three great-grand- children. Prior to his retirement, Phil owned a hop farm in the Mission Bottom area north of Keizer. He was a University of Ore- gon supporter and benefactor, a member of the American Mor- gan Horse Association, and an Eagles Club member. The fam- ily requests that in lieu of fl ow- ers contributions be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
