The dance given by the Patri otic League lust Saturday even ing in the Streff building, was one of the most pleasant a (fairs that has been pulled otf in Stay- ton in many a day. The dance; was in charge of Alva Thomas and Marion Hunt. The music was furnished by Talmadge’s orchestra and had just the right pep to it. Refreshments were served and the atfair was free. ’ It was by all odds the best dance of the season. iY ) 9 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- , ••« •••••••« ••••••••••••••a N is* J cAU Kinds tf r£ Mo Breaking-in Necessary 1 A rch-Fitting Shoe Tut Vm on, ladies, and they’ll feel as comfortable as old ",c | shoes.
