To Henry Reeds and Mrs. Henry Reeds, two of the defendants above named: In the name of the State of Oregon: You arc hereby required to appear and answer the complaint filed against you in the above entitled Court and cause on or before six weeks from the date of the first publication of this summons, and if you fail to so answer, for want thereof, the plaintiff will apply to the Court for the relief prayed for in his complaint, to-wit; That a certain mort gage executed by the above named de fendants, Lester H. llarbcr and Myra Barber, which mortgugc is recorded in Volume 88. at page 21, of the Record of Mortgages in und for Marion County, Oregon and which mortgage is against j Lot 4 in block 14 of Depot Addition to Salem, Oregon, to bo foreclosed and that plaintiff have ju 'gment against said defendants Lester II. Harbor and Myra Barber for the sum of 1424.10 with interest thereon from May l, 11*17, at the rale of six per cent, per annum, and for the further sum of $06.00 a t torney’s fees, and for plaintiff's coala and disbursements incurred herein. That the usual decree he made in »aid suit for the sal« of said premises by the Sheriff of Marion County, Oregon, ac cording to law and the practice of (his Court, and that the proceeds of said sale may he applied in payment of the amount due plaintiff and that the above named defendants and all persons claim ing under them, or cither of them, sub sequent to the execution of aaid mort gage upon said premises, either n> purchaser», incumbrancer», or otherwise mMy be barred and foreclosed of all right, claim, or equity of redemption, in or to aaid premises and every part thereof.
