The funeral was held next day at the Bethel church at that place, at 2 p. m R. L. Putnam of Stayton officiating. Interment was in the Aumsville ccm- £ tery. Mary Foltz, near Jordan Friday morning, April 21, Mrs. Mary Pepper-1 erling at the age of 67 years. Airs. Pepperling was one of the early pioneers of Oregon and was held in high esteem by all who knew her. The tuneral was held at the Catholic church at that place, Rev. Kettenhoffer, of ficiating.
