We are not expecting to have any favorable com
ments on this issue but if possible we will try and
do better by our patrons in the near future. Our
Linotype arrived this week but owing to a press of
business we were unable to have it set up. We
expect to have the machine in operation next week
and by the first of January will lx* able to give our
patrons all of the local as well as a larger amount of
general news. It requires time to make i m p r o v e
ments so we will hope to be favored by our patrons
in forgiving the delay and small space until the im
provements have been completed.
