Bussett cam e out from Prineville Saturday, returning Sun day, accom panied by Mr. Bussett, who has been sick the past week with a bad case o f neuralgia. It la hoped Mr. B. may soon recover. Mr. and Mra. J. I,. Footer o f Sa lem, pareats o f the Heath brothers, are here visiting their sons. These people may locate am ong ua provid ed they are pleased with local c o n d i tions. M ustard took a load o f hogs to Prineville Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. J. F. R ice were Sun day guests o f Mr. and Mrs. S. D. Mustard. Miss Marie Shafer visited at her hom e on the upper buttes Sunday. Geo. H obbs recently butchered a hog w hich tipped the scales at 525 pounds. This was the result o f feed ing s ration o f potatoes and grain as practiced by so many Pow ell Butte ranchmen. A num ber o f farm ers In the R ed mond vicinity are hauling straw from out ou r way.
