THE CLASS' OF '09
This is the class of nineteen-nine,
A bright little class, I declare;;
With lessons all learned in the nick of time,
And they're smart to the roots of the hair.
The Seniors one day , thought; a trick they
would play . . . .
On the Juniors, a set of kids,
But back to their rooms they skipped the
next day, . , v. ;
And told a whole pack of fibs.
We mean to be Seniors, too,: in time, 4
; And we won't cut up all the while;
We'll set in our seats in a big straight rowj
And study our lessons as we ought to do.
But let lis be Juniors while we may,
For, we'll be Seniors some time; ,
Then let us all join in this and say,,
"Hurray, for the class of '09!"
