Superintendents in all caswi where doubt
exIuLs as to the dejrree of Indian blood of
a child proponed tor transfer, should fully
satisfy themselves of the facts by allidavits
ol reliable peraous, which affidavits must
be kept on file at the Bcbool. Inspecting
officiate are directed at each school visited
to make personal canvass of all pupils,
and to report those who under tbe limita
tions of this circular are construed to be .
"White Indians." Such pupils if collected
after the receipt of this circular will be
returned at the personal expense of tbo

A puH who has been reRutarly enrolled
in a nonreservation school- -must not be
taken to any other nonreservation sohool
without the consent of its superintendent,
aud the superintendent tnuBgnrolltng such
a pupil will "tie held strictly to this rule. "
A pupil dismissed for cause from a non
reservation school must not be enrolled in
any other school,
