Mr, Elliott, of Salem, was given in the clrtpel ou Sunday evening, The subject "Happ! ness" was peculiarly appropriate for the time, and seajon and was handled by Mr. JEiliott iii his usual forceful earnest and interesting manner. The Rev. Mr. Elliott has won the hearts of all the Chemawa boys and girls and they, as well as the many employes who listen with cl se atten tion to this reverend gentleman's discourses feel more ready for the battle of life and more anxious to live a purer and better life after an hour spent listening to his helpful, enabling and encouraging words.
