At the m eeting o f th e Sem inary of history and political science, W ednesday night Ansel Hemenway, ’02, read a re view of late magazine articles on the T rust question, and Mr. Schaler of the d e p a rt m ent of history presented a paper on the V irginia Resolutions which were subm it ted to the constitutional convention of 1787. By the paper, Mr. Schafer showed th at th e'g en eral plan of the constitution as it now stands em inated from th e cre ative mind of Jam es Madison.
