We are assigned a limited number of rooms, so please register early. Questions regarding lodging and registration may be

Please note: Overnight lodging will be provided at the Best Western New Kings Inn in Salem, 1600 Motor Court N.E. (1-5
exit east at Market Street.) Room sharing is required per AP&P, Article V, Section 8, or you will be responsible for 1/2 of
the shared room rate. Individuals with special accommodation needs should contact us. Lodging is paid for out of our
dues money; if you cancel with less that 48 hours notice or do not show« you may be billed for the full room rate as per
union policy. Lodging is provided to those traveling over 75 miles one way and for those who cannot reach home by 9pm.
Carpooling is required, if available. Those registering to attend will receive additional information, i.e. agenda, maps and
convention materials. Register now!
