Lodging is paid for out of our dues money; if you cancel with less that 48 hours notice or do not show« you may be billed for the full room rate as per union policy. Lodging is provided to those traveling over 75 miles one way and for those who cannot reach home by 9pm. Carpooling is required, if available.
