Currently com pleting her second term as president of OCE Chapter 43, which Is OSEA's only chapter composed of both academic and classified employes, she also has served her chapter two terms as alternate delagate and two terms as a delegate to General Council. She presently Is a member of OSEA's Resolutions Review Committee. Statement: " I feel I may be of some assistance In the bid for Increased academic membership In OSEA this next most critical year of collective bargaining for fa cu lty em ployes." For Director DONALD A. MARTIN, Success Chapter 30, Portland. Incumbent. Presently completing his first term as director of District One. He has served one term as assistant director, one term as president of Success Chapter 30 and four terms as a delegate to General Council. He currently is a member of the special com mittee appointed to study OSEA's dues structure. M a rtin has worked for the Employmend Division for the past seven years. SAUNDERS, Beaver Chapter 31, Portland. Incumbent. Presently com pleting Jackie Settl's term as assistant director of District One. He has served Beaver Chapter 31 as its president and delegate to General Council. He serves on OSEA's Membership Committee and Is a member of the Unit Representation Committee In the Children's Services Division, where he has been employed as a social services worker for the past four years. He has served as president of Siskiyou Chapter 84, delegate to General Council and assistant director of District Three. Presently completing her first term as president of Com pensation Chapter 20, she also has served as Its vice-president and delegate to General Council. She Is chairwoman of the District Two Resolutions Committee, a member of the district newsletter staff and a member of the General Council Critique Com mittee. She has served as a group representative, as a member of serveral workshop committees and as a member of the District Two Political Education Com mittee. She works for the State Accident Insurance Fund. MARSHALL HARRY J. MARSHALL, Klamath Falls Chapter 12, Klamath Falls. Incumbent. He has served as assistant district dire cto r or as a d is tric t representative, on state com mittees since 1969. In addition, he has served as Klamath Falls Chapter 12 president, vice- president and delegate to General Council. He was selected as Chapter 12's Employe of the Year In 1968, and later chosen as the District Four Employe of the Year. An OSEA member since 1956, he Is employed by the Departm ent of Forestry. An 11-year member of OSEA, Roche is a psychiatric aide at Eastern Oregon Hospital and Training Center. Currently a member of OSEA's Membership Committee, he has served on various chapter and state com m ittees. Including the Resolutions, Scholarship, Em ploye Relations and Grievance Committees. CONNER, OTI Chapter 36, Klamath Falls. He has been an OSEA member since 1948. He Is a charter member of OTI Chapter 36 and has held various chapter offices Including president, delegate and alternate delegate to General Council. He Is a former director of District Four. He has served as chairman of OSEA's Unit Representation Committee at Oregon Technical Institute, where he Is employed. Statement: " I would like the chance of serving the district. Once again, I seek the support of all state employes In District Four for the office of district director." DELBERT C. CHANEY, Pen dleton Chapter 52, Pendleton. Incum bent. Presently com pleting his third term as director of District Five. He also has served two terms as director of OSEA's Institutions Committee, and as president and delegate of Pendleton Chapter 52. Currently he Is an advisory member of the Institutions Committee. He has been active In the Assembly of Governmental Employees and its western region. Chaney has been a member of OSEA since b e g in n in g w o r k a t O regon H o sp ita l and KLEINSCHMIDT For Director EUGENE J. WATSON, Chemeketa Chapter 64, Salem. He has been a member and of ficer of two chapters: Coos Bay Chapter 65 and Chemeketa Chapter 64. He served as p re s id e n t, v ic e -p re s id e n t, secretary-treasufer and General Council delegate of Chapter 65, and president, vice-president and delegate of Chapter 64. In ad dition, he has served on OSEA's Employe Representation and Insurance Committees, and Is currently an advisory member to the Employe Representation Committee. District Five BLAIR SCOTT H. DAVIS, Oregon Chapter 22, Salem. Presently a member of the P olitical Education and Resolutions Committees In District Two, he BOB D. ALDRICH, Klamath Falls Chapter 12, Klamath Falls. He has served Klamath Falls Chapter 12 as president and secretary-treasurer two terms and as a delegate to General Council one term. He has been a member of OSEA's Membership Committee and Is a past recipient of the District Four Employe of the Year award. A 12-year member of OSEA, he Is an assistant resident engineer with the Highway Division. GLEN SHELTON, Roundup Chapter 24, Pendleton. He has served two terms as president of Roundup Chapter 24 and four terms as Its delegate to General Council. Last year he served as a member of OSEA's Tax Study Committee. He has been a member of OSEA since beginning work for the Highway Division 16 years ago. He Is a sign foreman. Statement: " I feel every state employe should be a member of OSEA and I w ill work toward achieving that goal." District Six For Director BEVERS W ILH E LM IN A E. BEVERS, Emerald Chapter 88, Eugene. Incumbent. C urrently com pleting her first term as director of District Six, she also has served Emerald Chapter 88 as Its president, secretary, delegate and alternate delegate to the Association's General Council. She has served on OSEA's Membership Committee and Is a former secretary-treasurer of the District Six Presidents' Council. She Is office manager of the University of Oregon Library.
