OSEA Board Minutes The third medfmggof the 1950 board of directors was held in the Senator Hotel in Salem on Saturday^';May 13. The following is a condensed record of the minutes. The mee^ ^ P was called to, order by President Chidsey at 9:30 a. m. Present at“ the session were, the fol lowing board members: E. F. Chid sey, president; L. R. White, Jr.,/past- president; E. A. Bamford, vice-presi dent; Lois R. secretary- treasurer; F. Gordon Shattuck, public relations director; P. M. Brnndt.Otws and legislation director; J. D. Wilsbh,, membership director; Ted C. Jones, retirement director; Willard Lawless, insurance director; Jack Norton, di rector of diM&l No. 1; Robert M. Ashby, director ofKhstrict No. 2; J. W. Vaughn, director of district No. 3; Tom Edwards, /director I of district No. 4; August Moser, director of dis trict No.’ 5; L. A. McCoskrie, director of district No. 6.
