Administrative Policies Are Improving The measures to improve efficiency in State agencies which fall more di rectly to the administrators and ap- pointing authorities embrace (1) the interest they take in the employees; the immediate supervisor and (3) the other people on the job. On, a pohcy level, much is being done tb; meet thM problems and as they are successfully attacked I and practiced, the service will improve and true ef-; ficifency^be increased.
