Portland Chapter No. 17
A hearty welcome to Portland Chap­
ter No. 17, organized by State em­
ployees stationed in the Oregon Build­
ing, Portland.
Officers elected at the first meeting
were: Allen A. French, president; R. W.
Patterson, vice president, Miss C. A.
Hill, secretary-treasurer.
The employees in this chapter repre­
sent several State Departments includ­
ing Public Utilities, State Department
and Department of Public Health.
We welcome this new chapter into
our association.

getting the new chapter organized.

maintenance engineer which position he
now holds.
