13 August 1992 First Aid Training Head Start Applications The American Red Cross is sponsoring Standard First Aid training which meets the FED-OSHA, OR-OSHA and U.S. ^Goast Guard requirements. The class teaches fundamental principles and skills of First Aid and accident prevention along with Adult CPR training. STANDARD FIRST AID CLASS Date August August August August August August Sept. Applications are now being accepted for the Siletz Tribal Head Start Program. Siletz Tribal Head Start does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, sex, or handicap. The Head Start program is manned by a highly qu alified professional staff. Programs are designed to help children with language, .so c ia l/e m o tio n a l and physical development. Parent skill building activities are included and family, health, and special services provided. The program is designed for 3 and 4 year olds. Kyle is an all around baseball player for Parrish Little League, sponsored by Out Door Fence Mariners, league champions two years in a row. The team has a combined record of 28 wins, 2 losses coached by Randy and Barbara Kessinger. Kyle's successful -pitching- ability leaves him with a record of 14-0. Kyle, who is also 1992 batting champ smashed 12 home runs with 4 of which were grand slams. Kyle your abilities are outstanding and appreciated. ‘ Note: Also Randy Kessinger Jr. age 14, all around player and pitcher, has been chosen for the 3rd year straight to play ball for the 1992 Parrish Sr. All Star team.
