They should be completed by June 30. KUGIE LOUIS, a Colville Indian from Washington, begins work as the Tribal Programs Director in-m id-May. Kugie comes to the Siletz Tribe with a Masters Degree in Educa tion, a former teacher, councilor and administrator on the high school and college levels. He brings six years manage ment experience and a year’s management training in Wash ington, D.C. When w e asked Mr. Louis about his expectations he quoted, "The Siletz Tribe is doing a lot of things to further the growth of their people, and I am excited about being a part of an organization that wants to provide the best possi ble services and opportunities for their members and their communities." Kelly and Allison Simmons, daughter of Frank and Nancy Simmons of Siletz, will graduate from Western Business Col lege in Portland Aug. 5, 1983, in the field of Travel Tourism. Both Kelly and Allison plan on seeking employment in the Portland area. They are both quite optimistic about finding a job because they have had a wide range of business and secretarial courses. They would like to thank the Siletz Tribe as well as the Bureau of Indian Affairs for giving them the opportunity to at tend Western Business College. Republican S enator C.T.
