N otice o f School Election U pon Question of Increasing T a x Levy O ver A m o un t L im ite d by Section 11, A rtic le X I, S tate C onstitution Notice is hereby given that an election will be held in Union High School District No. 7 of Yamhill County, State of Oregon, at the High School Building, on October 14, 1939 at 8 p. m., in said school district, for the purpose of submitting to the legal voters of said district the question of increasing the tax levy for the year 1940 over the amount limited by section 11, article XI, of the Constitution of Oregon. The reasons for increasing such levy are: Funds necessary for Fire Insurance on buildings and Equipment; retiring outstanding Warrants and additions to the Teaching Staff, and payments on Bonds and interest.
