The Brookings ambulance took

M r. and M rs. T ravis Davis to
the Seaside hospital T u e s d a y
morning suffe ring from Pneumon­
ia.
The little Davis boy in still in
the hospital, but D r. Brown r e ­
po rts that he is getting along very
well.

ERNEST T. SIMMONS FUNERAL
HELD
E rn est T. Simmons passed away
August 7, 1957 at the Portland Ve­
teran s Hospital where he has been
receiving medical c a re for the p ad
sev eral months. His funeral was
held at G rants P ass on August 12th
with interm ent at the Hawthorne
Memorial G ardens. He is surviv­
ed by his wife, Nora of C rescent
City, and several step children.
