It is the only one of its kind in
this p art of the country. His
specialty is sauces and soup and
meats.

the Brookings postoffice would be
changed because of a lopped post-
office budget. He said th a t i n
o rd er to cut down clerk hours,
the windows would be open from
9 a m to 5 p.m. and from 9 a.m.
to 12 noon on S aturdays. C u rren t

are open until 5:30 p.m.
