One of my bills would provide for tw o additional Supreme C ourt Judges in o rder to relieve back log of cases and to alleviate the long delay in hearing cases a fte r they have been subm itted. A nother bill refers to building perm its. This is essentially the sam e as the one introduced last session by me, wherein it re quires the issuing of perm its for building both in Ahe counties as well as in the cities and requires a copy of the perm it to be filed , w ith the county asse.'sors's office. My bill relatin g to H om estead Exem ptions, would raise the ex- | eruption from $5,000 to $10,000. A nother bill of mine would re peal certain portions of the Rel ativ e Responsibility Act relatin g to support of needy persons. I also have ready to introduce a Senate Joint Resolution to pro vide for an interim com m ittee of nine to study the allover s ta te em ploym ent practices of persons 45 and over.
