An estim ated 42 traffic deaths in N ovem ber shoved the state s court for the year-to-date to 38. If D ecem ber deaths m atch those of Decem ber last year the final toll was 460. * N ovem ber traffic this y e a r claim ed 14 more lives th an for the sam e m onth last year, the Oregon T raffic Safety' Commis sion reported. Commission secretary. J. R.
