Mr. and Mrs. L ester W’alker and children retu rn ed here S un day after an absence of about two months. Mr. W alker, the form er proprietor of the H arbor G arage, has been attending a factory M. J. B. L on g G rain school at the C arter C arb u reato r and Fuel Injection Com pany in 3 p ou n d s St Louis, Missouri. He was sel ected by the com pany to atten d this school th eir expense as they considered him an oustanding m an in this field. He plans to esta blish a shop in th e H arbor area and will have some new’ m odern tune up m achines in it. Mr. and Mrs. Jam es A rchibald are the proud p aren ts of th eir first child, seven pound two ounce Jam es Scott, born at the Seaside hospital on O ctober 25. Ole Lindgren received word of the death of his father, Carl L ind gren in Hinkley, M innesota on O ctober 31 after a period of poor health. Mr. and Mrs. Lindgren visited at the home of his fath er this past sum m er a fte r the fath er and son hadn’t seen each other for nearly th irty years. Raym ond Reekm an has fin ished his course at Oregon T ech nical In stitu te at K lam ath Falls and retu rn ed to H arbor F riday evening to take up his w ork in the appliance d ep artm en t of Hans- cam ’s Center.
