And as is so common these days, one never receives th e p leasan t surprise of being inform ed th a t said taxes have been reduced. In spite of th e fact th a t most of us a re aw a re th a t tax es and death are alw ays w ith us, we still never fail to com plain loud and long when o u r an n u al statem en t arrives.
