Cross said. Several p ark ing meters have been removed to facilitate the traffic. The January meeting of the Winchuck Womens club was held a t the Fort Dick home of Mrt. Pearl Henry, a former Winchuck i©6ident, last Thursday afternoon with ten members present. The -election of officers for 1955 was the main business item of busi ness and it-resulted as follows: President, Clara Bowlin; Vice- president, Mary Waterman; Sec retary, Barbara Duffy, and Re- poi ,?r, Mary Braynard. They voted to give $5.00 to the March of Dimes, and the secret pal gift exchange was enjoyed. The February meeting will lx? held at the home of Beulah Keister. Degrees Set For Friday The Ladies Degree team of the Chetco Grange, will .put on the 3rd and 4th degress« at the Grange meeting Friday evening. The 1st and 2nd degrees were exemplified by the regular officers at the last meeting. A Grange pin will be presented to all those completing the degrees at this time. It is exjiected to have a larg? crowd attend the spaghetti feed a t the Grange Hall Saturday eve ning from 6 to 8, when the ladies of tty* American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries and the Grange give the dinner to heip raise needed funds for the observers post on Marina Heights.
