H onzel has been w ith th e c o r p o ra tio n since M arch 1953 and his c u rre n t plans are indefinite. H e will be leaving B rookings, how ever. T he board also delegated Ken O sborne to assum e the tem p o r a ry d u ties of gen eral m anager, u n til a rep lacem ent for Honzel can be found. O nly a few' w eeks ago the co unty had approved paving a s tre tc h of th e N o rth B ank road, and had re q u ested s ta te and fed eral approval th e ex p e n d itu re of ap p ro x im a te ly $28,000 for th a t w ork. H ow ever co unty judge Guy H. F o rsy th said th a t he received a telephone call last T h u rsd a y from John H agem ann, county- city relatio n s en gineer of th e h ig h w ay d e p a rtm e n t, in which H age- m ann sta te d th a t th e d e p a rtm e n t did not recom m end paving to be done.
