Satellite Club's Fashion Show Plays to Capacity Crowd T he seventh an n u a l F ashion Show sponsored by th e S a te llite C lub of th e O rd e r of E a s te rn S ta r w as presen ted to a ca p acity crowd in the au d ito riu m of th e High School. L avender and Old Lace w as th e th em e of th e show, ca rried out in w iste ria vines, clim bing s ta r tr e l lises on the stag e, and th e dresses of the officers of th e club w hich w ere lavender nylon, in a very b e com ing style. T he s h o w opened w ith a cham ning dance done by th e officers who ca rried black lace trim m ed parasols, and w o r e black lace gloves, an d black dom ino m asks. T he dance was coached by Blossom Behee. M aster of C erem onies Roy II. Brown, did a very fine job of I keeping things m oving. and gave aw ay a record num ber of prizes in record tim e. High lighting the show as usual. w as the p re sen tatio n by th e T ots to Teens Shop, which fe atu red a tum b lin g act by Judy C oates. A nother “sp ecial” w as th e am using skit presented by G ould’s Shoe S tore, in which Peggy Gould reen acted the old old problem oi th e w om an who ca n ’t m ake up het- mind, w ith Susie T ierce and Raw- ley B u rr as the custom er, and her long su fferin g husband.
