Jaklewicz, parents of Merce Jaklewicz, and Mrs. Frank Skipworth, all of Aberdeen, mother of Mrs. Jakle wicz, attended the wedding of their grand-daughter, Miss Con- Hie Jaklewicz last Saturday and spent the weekend here. Other out-of-tOwn guests were tw o of the bride’s aunts, Mrs. Allison Garity Jr. of Aberdeen and Mrs. George Brannon and four chil dren of Ocean Q ty. Mrs.» Hattie Mackey underwent an operation about ten days ago *aF the Curry General- hospitaFln Gold Beach during which the big toe of her left foot was amputated and other surgery- done on the leg. A few years ago she had her right leg amputated above the knee, and has been having trouble with her left foot for the past several months. Their pro gram was concluded with a candle lighting ceremoby by Fort Dick club. The boys and girls were award ed achievement pins for complet ing their club work during the year. The V. K. Meedom and Buskner plaques were awarded by Howard Griffin to the outstand ing boy in club wprk John Van Dusen, of Klamath, and V. K. Meedom awarded the Meedom plaque to Carol Sage, also of Kla math. . 4-H Club Adviser Harry Walt Fieg of Eureka was unable to at tend because of illness.
