tist church at 2:00 p.m..
Rev. Dunham and his wife
hail been at the home at 423 Mon­
roe street, since leaving Brook­
ings. Rev. Dunham was retired
but continued to hold Bible study
classes which w ere attended by
large groups. He and his w itn
were loved and enjoyed by all
who knew them and Rev. D un­
ham was a sincere example of
the C hristianity he so ably taught
his fellow men. His fine influ­
ence for good will be sadly missed
bv friends and relatives.
Raise Monev For
Scout Jamboree
A draw ing for w inners on tick ­
ets now being sold by Troop 32
of the Boy Scouts will be held at
the I.OOF", hall on Saturday
night. April 4. The money raised
by this m eans goes into a fund
to helj) defray expenses of Scouts
to the N ational Jam boree at Los
Angeles in July.
A Mix M aster, valued at $42.00
will be given to the w inner; a
22-cal. repeating rifle, at $30.00,
a fishing rod and reel, at $12.90;
archery set, at $7.00, and a lady’s
$3.95 jewel box.

neon lighting which outlines the

the brothers, who expect to soon

a surprise party in honor of
H om er’s birthday and also to cel­
eb rate M argo C lare’« birthday,
which cam e the week before.
The group went to Don’s Cliff
House for dancing and refresh­
m ents. The honored guests were
asked to cut the birthday cake
which turned out to be a joke. A
cardboard cake box had been
frosted and decorated to repre­
sent a cake.
